Consultant indépendant, j'aide les PME et ETI à optimiser leur stratégie de marchés publics, de la préparation des candidatures au suivi d'exécution.

Je justifie de plusieurs expériences en tant que juriste et acheteur au sein de ministères et en collectivités territoriales.

Je suis diplômé d'un master 2 en droit public (Université Paris Assas) et d'un MBA spécialisé en finance (Ipag Business School de Paris).
